Crew Leader

The Gardener is 100% owned and operated and has served families and commercial properties across Canada for more than 25 years. Landscape maintenance is a year round business, and we strive to provide timely, comprehensive service 365 days a year.

Our Crew Leader will be responsible for the day to day operation of our Grass crew in the summer and operate a plow route in the winter

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage crew on daily basis
Deal with customers for issues and requests for additional work
Ensure quality of work is maintained to standards
Maintain equipment or mark as needing repair
Lawn cutting, trimming and blowing
Spring & fall clean ups
Track hours of hourly employees
Plow operator during snow season

REQUIREMENTS

G Drivers Licence
3 years crew experience
At least 1 employment reference
