Of course every project is different, and our individual approach will vary according to your needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Initial meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will arrange to meet for an informal review of your goals and expectations and answer any questions. In addition, we will schedule a site visit to discuss ideas, needs, lifestyle, budgets, etc. The first site visit and initial consultation are free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Site visit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We visit your site to gather relevant information, make notes on the project area and sit down to discuss your hopes and ideas in further detail. We can also review our process, thoughts and methods of construction plus answer any further questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Design and estimate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once we have gathered all the necessary information and you have agreed to utilize our services, we will develop a detailed design. Our computer design can be as detailed as you wish, including everything from materials and measurements to plants and other products.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we will prepare an estimate for you within 7 days of our site visit. All necessary details will be included, including types of materials, installation methods, dimensions and depths, start date, estimated project duration and payment information.<\/p>\n<p>If questions arise we will be happy to answer them promptly and at your convenience<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pre-Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you have decided to go ahead with construction, we ask that you contact us immediately. This will give you the most flexibility on start dates. We will meet again and review the contract. Once we receive an initial deposit, we can begin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Starting Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before construction begins, there will be a meeting or two to discuss and finalize various landscape design options, changes or additions. In addition, we will review material selection, other design ideas, delivery and placement of materials, material colours and patterns, and any other preparations that are required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. During Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting time on every project, and it\u2019s important to keep you informed on the project progress, get your feedback, and address any unforeseen issues that arise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. After Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we\u2019ll walk through the final project site after the project is complete.
