Whether you have industry experience or not, The Gardener’s comprehensive week long initial training at our head office will give you the skills necessary to maximize the potential of your franchise and ensure your business is a success. These training sessions are conducted by qualified head office staff and other independent industry experts covering all facets of the green industry, our leading systems and the skills required to run your own business. In addition to this in class training week, The Gardener’s “In-field Apprentice Program” will allow you to work side by side with existing franchise owners to gain valuable hands-on industry experience. This training will give you the knowledge and confidence to be a success.
